We also work with clients to understand the impact of emerging land use issues and help to draft regulations, review criteria, and application forms that reflect the community’s specific concerns.

We work alongside community leaders and staff, serving in an ongoing advisory capacity or as a third-party reviewer for individual large-scale projects.
